How to Get Grounded

You can get grounded in many ways, including:









For most of human history, mankind has walked barefoot. It is only in recent years (comparatively) that man invented a separation with shoes and raised beds. We have disconnected ourselves from a very important, God-designed modality of healing.

While "connected" to the earth, we download our positive ions and pull in the electrons, the negative charges that keep us grounded. The onslaught of electrons powerfully boosts the body's anti-inflammatory and antioxidant processes. It stops the destruction of healthy tissues and leads to pain reduction.

Grounding restores the electrical balance that keeps inflammation in check. It restores and stabilizes, allowing the bioelectrical circuits in our bodies to recharge. This causes thinning of our blood, enhanced immune function, and reduced inflammation and pain. Medical studies using thermal imaging has shown that people have had decreased inflammation in minutes after grounding.

The effects of EMF (electromagnetic frequencies) counteract the positive benefits of grounding. In the ideal world, we would not use computers, cell phones, smart watches, smart TVs, etc. but in this tech-connected world, it is almost impossible. You can use grounding as often as possible to reset and stay balanced, but you are still being bombarded constantly by frequencies that mess with the natural frequencies in your body that allow our cells to communicate effectively. 

Some people find that the more they are exposed to EMFs, the greater the cumulative issues that they experience. Other pre-existing conditions make one prone to suffer from exposure to even small amounts of EMFs.
